PB / TRUST PROTOCOL

Privacy without the fine print.

A clear account of what data may reach PB Digital Labs, why we need it and how you control your settings.

VERSION 1.0 / LAST UPDATED: 14 JULY 2026
PrivacyData and purposesRetentionYour rightsCookies

1. Controller and scope

The controller of personal data processed in connection with pbdigitallabs.com and project inquiries is PB Digital Labs (“PB Digital Labs”, “we”, “us”). For privacy matters, contact contact@pbdigitallabs.com.

This notice covers visits to the website, its technical operation and contact through the form or by email. The website is not intended to provide services to children, and we ask you not to submit special-category personal data.

2. What data and why

Inquiries and correspondence

We may receive your name, email address, company name, project description, selected budget and timeframe, and any other information you voluntarily include. We use it to respond, assess a possible engagement, prepare a quote and continue the conversation.

The legal bases are steps taken at your request before entering into a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interests in handling business correspondence, protecting legal claims and securing our services (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). The form sends the data over an encrypted connection directly to our server-side service, where the inquiry is stored and delivered to our business mailbox through our email provider.

Technical data

The server may record an IP address, request date and time, requested URL, response status, referrer, and browser or device type. These standard technical logs are used only for security, diagnostics, abuse prevention and availability — not for profiling or marketing analytics.

3. Retention and recipients

As a rule, inquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted within 12 months after the last contact. Data connected to a contract, accounting or claims may be kept longer where required by law or necessary to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

Technical logs are retained only for the period reasonably necessary to detect and investigate errors, abuse or security incidents. We do not use them to build visitor profiles.

Access is limited to authorised people and providers of necessary hosting, email and IT support, only to the extent required to deliver those services. We do not sell data. If a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, we use a transfer mechanism required by the GDPR, such as an adequacy decision or Standard Contractual Clauses.

4. Your rights

Depending on the legal basis and circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interests. You may withdraw permission for optional preference storage at any time through the privacy settings.

We do not make decisions about visitors based solely on automated processing that produce legal or similarly significant effects. To exercise your rights, email contact@pbdigitallabs.com. You also have the right to complain to the competent data protection authority in your country of residence, workplace or the place of the alleged infringement.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We use no analytics or marketing cookies, advertising, tracking pixels or third-party profiling tools. The website works after optional storage is refused. We use only the following first-party mechanisms:

NameTypePurposeDuration
pb_cookie_consentNecessary cookieStores the version, date and scope of your choice so we do not ask repeatedly and can respect a refusal.Up to 12 months
pb_sfx_enabledOptional localStorageAfter permission, remembers only whether interaction sound is on or off on this device.Up to 12 months

You can change your choice in the footer under privacy settings. You can also delete site data in your browser settings. Withdrawing permission removes the optional sound preference and does not affect storage that was lawful before withdrawal.

Security and changes

We use HTTPS encryption, access restrictions and technical security headers. We update this notice when our processing or website functions change and publish the new version here with its revision date.

PRIVACY BY DESIGN.
